The trips we run for companies

Whether it's a department trip of a few dozen people or a company-wide outing of several hundred, the process is just as solid.

Employee trips

From one day in Taiwan to five days or more abroad. Itineraries can be tailored to each department's taste (relaxed / exploring / resort).

Incentive trips

Reward trips for hitting targets. We can advise on how to set the budget and how to design rewards people really feel.

Family days

One- or two-day activities for employees and their families. Can be combined with welfare committee or business association subsidy programs.

Company visits ・ Training trips

Industry visits and benchmarking combined with travel: an itinerary with substance and solid grounds for expense claims.

Year-end parties ・ Spring banquets ・ Anniversaries

Turn your annual get-together into a trip. Venue, dinner and program planned together; see themed event design.

Clubs ・ Associations ・ Business groups

We've long served networking and visit trips for Rotary clubs, trade associations, BNI chapters and other organizations.

The difference is in the details

What we do extra on an employee trip

Anyone can put together an itinerary. What really makes employees feel "the company cares" are the little things: whether someone thought of them, and whether anyone bothered to do them.

Room cards, each written with a name and delivered to that person's room

Others can put cards in rooms too, but they're usually generic and identical in every room, because they don't know who's staying where. Once the rooming list is final, we write each card with a name and coordinate with the tour leader, guide and hotel to deliver it to the right room. When employees open the door, they see their own name.

Supplies that match the itinerary

Waterproof bags, slippers and insect repellent for water activities; anti-slip shoe covers for snow; sun hats and cooling towels for hikes and full days out. We prepare what each part of the trip needs in advance, instead of handing out the same things the whole way.

Custom banners with your logo and text

Standard red banners only come in white text on red. We can print your company logo and the text you choose: easy to spot when gathering, recognizable in photos, and a real sense of "we're in this together."

Want something special? We'll do it (at extra cost)

Sunrise on the lawn, a cocktail hour on the beach, a private farewell dinner, even a marriage proposal during the trip: if you're willing to invest, we'll create moments worth remembering. Many agencies find it too much trouble. We don't.

How to set a budget

Below are reference budgets per person, including coach or flights, accommodation, meals, admission tickets, and tips for the tour leader and guide. Actual prices depend on group size, season and itinerary.

Same on paper, very different in the details

"Coach," "two nights' stay," "three meals included": every agency writes the same thing. The real differences hide in the places below.

Coaches

No owner-operator buses; we only use properly insured company vehicles. And both vehicles and drivers are vetted:

  • Vehicles: no cheaply built models; only sturdier chassis, with a maximum vehicle age.
  • Drivers: screened in advance to exclude drivers with poor conduct or serious violation records.

Meals

No typical tour-group meals (big round tables covered in plastic, one group after another). We arrange local eateries and distinctive restaurants and avoid places that only serve tour groups: the kind of restaurants locals go to as well.

Accommodation

We pick well-rated hotels with genuinely clean, comfortable rooms, not just any small hotel or motel. Every night is carefully chosen, not just one decent night out of several.

Insurance

Standard on every trip: NT$2.5 million travel liability insurance + NT$200,000 accident medical insurance, plus coverage for lost documents abroad. Not the legal minimum.

Also included: a trip handbook and pre-trip briefing, door-to-door document pickup, one bottle of water per day (plus a local SIM card on international trips). Sunrise viewing, cocktail hours, private farewell dinners, proposals and other moments can be added (at extra cost).
Figures are indicative; formal quotes are based on our proposal. Some agencies run low-priced trips of three days or less (just over NT$10,000), but quality is hard to maintain, so iTour usually doesn't take them.

Ask iTour to design one for us

Three reasons companies choose iTour

Just one point of contact

No need to coordinate coaches, restaurants, hotels and insurance yourself. One dedicated planner sees it through, and someone handles every change before departure.

Someone on site

We don't just sell you an itinerary and walk away. Important groups travel with a tour leader who handles surprises on the spot, instead of calling Taipei and waiting for instructions.

We create memorable moments

If you want, we can turn a dinner into a themed party. This is what sets iTour apart from ordinary travel agencies.

How we work together

From our first conversation until everyone is safely home: four stages.

Needs interview

Group size, budget, length, preferences, and whether you want event design. We ask everything first, then start.

Proposal and quote

2–3 options with itinerary, accommodation and budget breakdown. We can present online to your decision-makers.

Preparation

Contract, payment, name list, flights, room types, meal standards, insurance and pre-trip briefing.

The trip and wrap-up

Tour leader on the trip and on-the-spot problem solving; after you're back, we close the project and deliver receipts, photos and videos.

Groups we've led

The types of projects and approaches we can share publicly (most client names are kept confidential by agreement).

Employee trip ・ Bali

A battery company in Neihu (unlisted)

A long-standing client we've worked with since before iTour was founded. For their first trip we went to Bali: room cards printed with every employee's name, insect repellent for the first two nights in villas, and indoor slippers for the hotel stay afterwards.

"Employees felt the company really cared": that's the proof the trip was a success. It didn't cost much, but people felt it.

Employee trip ・ Penghu ・ Island-wide treasure hunt

A cryptocurrency exchange

For their employee trip to Penghu, iTour designed "physical Bitcoin" props and hid them all over Penghu; employees hunted for them in teams and swapped them for small prizes.

The hunt was also opened to everyone in Penghu, who could bring the props to iTour's booth to claim prizes. Travelers and locals that week really came, and we captured plenty of footage. A press release was issued for this project.

Employee trip ・ Forest retreat

A hair salon chain

An employee trip to a forest resort: a venue surrounded by greenery, with carefully chosen food and accommodation. The overall look was so complete that it works well as brand imagery.

Team games ・ Gala dinner ・ Many years running

聯成電腦

Outdoor team games at Xitou Forest Recreation Area, and a gala dinner in Hualien with a live band.

聯成電腦 has chosen iTour for many years in a row, moving from mainly working with other agencies to making us their main partner.

iTour's unique combination

Taking your company to Vietnam? From visas to itinerary, all in one

Every year iTour handles Vietnam visas and airport fast track for tens of thousands of travelers. When it's your whole company traveling together, visa service, airport Priority / VIP fast track, flights, local hosts and guides, and themed event design are all handled by the same company.

Popular company trips to Vietnam

  • Da Nang: beach resort + team activities
  • Phu Quoc: island hopping, water activities, private gala dinner
  • Ho Chi Minh City: city experiences + industry visits

Why others can't do it this way

Ordinary travel agencies have to find a separate visa agent, a separate fast track provider and a separate events company. iTour does all four in-house, so we can connect them, and connect them smoothly.
